Aurora Garden Lodging - Rooms & Apartment - Florence

The garden view added a lovely touch to my experience.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues . The AC in my room was entirely non-functional, leaving me uncomfortable, particularly during the night. The check-in process was stressful since there was no one available on-site to assist. I felt completely left in the dark about my arrival. Lastly, the hotel was plagued by mosquitoes, made relaxing in the room quite unpleasant.

The setting was good and fantastic, right by city centre, and Florence. Florence Historic Centre district was worth visiting...

I booked a nice size and beautifully decorated room with garden access. There were an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The venue had very kind staff who made the stay really good.

Immaculate cleanliness, responsive communication, peaceful atmosphere, a hidden gem for travelers.

Spacious and fairly quiet rooms, I had very very good experience.

The Beautiful Double Room with Garden View was like a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool. The little indoor garden with artificial grass was a good spot to relax. Communication with the owner was efficient, which I appreciated. I encountered a few issues . The payment for the city tax had to be done in cash, inconvenient since I expected to settle everything online. The breakfast voucher for a café nearby only offered limited options, and I felt that could have been communicated better in advance.

Lovely stay with super comfy beds and an immaculate clean room. The terrace was enchanting for morning coffee. Great location near the train station made exploring Florence so easy!

Great outdoor dining area and free Wi-Fi, but parking was limited.

the only downside was breakfast not included,, but the location is perfect for train arrivals 🚆 and the room was super clean! great air conditioning and extra perks like a garden space to relax 🌿.

Staying at aurora garden lodging was fantastic! The hotel is just a minute's walk from the train station. Our beautiful room had a beautiful view of the garden, and it was surprisingly quiet, great for great sleep. The staff were very responsive, helping us quickly with our heating issue. I loved that free breakfast coupons were given as a gesture of goodwill!

The Double Room with Garden View was really nice. Smooth self check-in made arrival easy. Loved the shower, it was great! The garden view added some charm as well. Location was super convenient-just a quick walk to the train station and a short stroll to all the sights. Only downside? Couldn't leave my luggage after checking out, a bit of a hassle.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and it was a really good stay. Every detail of the property was perfect. All the staff were informative and good.
